Payroll Tax Holiday- What To Do With It?

Congress passed and the President recently signed the Tax Relief, Unemployment Insurance Reauthorization, and Job Creation Act of 2010.  The bill included many of the provisions we discussed previously.

Many of the provisions extended tax items already in place in 2010 that were set to expire January 1, 2011.  However, one of the interesting items is the 2% payroll tax holiday for workers in 2011.
